Technical Account Manager

You will be the key individual for our clients and you will guide them through their integration process to improve the understanding of their data and ultimately drive the success of partnering with us.

Our engineering and data teams cooperate with the goal of building a smart platform to process your users’ data, to drive personalised app experiences. Our platform processes hundreds of terabytes of data with tens of millions of daily active users with hundreds of ML models in production.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Communicate with technical and non-technical clients on a successful integration process
  • Deliver mockups and demos of upcoming projects
  • Conduct reports on our clients integrations to give best practices
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams on bug escalation and improvements
  • Assist new clients with integration processes and design and support them through the lifecycle of their project
  • Deliver key analytics insights based on trends and performance
  • Respond to and assist with troubleshooting queries, and when necessary escalate to the engineering team
  • Report on overall performance and deliver findings and potential improvements

Ideal experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical-driven sales environment
  • Prior software experience, especially with SQL, APIs and ETLs
  • Keen interest in a data-driven approach to reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of mobile advertising experience or ad monetization experience is advantageous
